What to Expect
Making the most of your trip
What should I bring?, when we went camping with our own family we always said, so long as we have:
“Something to eat, something to wear and something to sleep in” we will be fine.
Something to Eat
You have a new Fridge on board so you can take the basics: Milk, butter, cheese etc, and you can store tins, cereals and other food items etc in the cupboards of the kitchen. We have a large Tesco store in Burscough within 2 miles from our workshops so it may be easy to get your first supplies there. The key is to travel with enough to last you maybe two days, some of the fun when touring is to buy from different places each day, pull over and have lunch or your evening meal wherever takes your fancy.
This shot was taken when we stopped for lunch along the front at a seaside resort.
Something to Wear
You have plenty of storage within your camper:
The Main storage locker can be used to keep your sleeping bags and pillows in, the large rear bedroom locker has two sections in the first for clothes, and you have useful cubby holes at the rear. The key is though to take just enough to keep you warm and dry. Over the years we have taken too many clothes that we never wore. You will need to bring your own towels and tea towel etc
Something to Sleep In
You will need to bring your sleeping bags or sheets with you, when you’re ready for bed simply pull out your RnR bed draw your curtains and settle down for the night.
